Yes. The transcript endpoint returns a video's captions as one WEBVTT string, and the video endpoint adds them when you pass get_transcript=true. Only captions TikTok already has are returned; a video without captions returns null.

Profile videos returns max_cursor, followers and following return min_time, and comments, replies, hashtag search, and sound videos return cursor. Send the value back on the next call. Every page is one request, charged like the first page.
